We meet every three months, typically in a central London venue. The main focus of each meeting is a workshop covering various topics on methods and approaches to L&D and personal development. Meetings are from 10:00am to 4pm, with a good supply of coffee/tea before and during the day as well as a lunch, during which you can network and catch up with others.
We cover a wide range of topics such as Emotional Intelligence, working with ritual, action learning and group coaching, situational leadership, reflective practice, neuroscience… For a summary of past topics visit out Past Meeting page.

How we talk shapes how people think and interact
Here’s a selection of our most recent topics …
Charles Fowler of the UK Values Alliance led a productive session on Values. Starting with a quote from Elvis!
Street Wisdom involves using our environment to help us find clues and answers – perhaps to problems we may have struggled to find answers for using more conventional means …
Sue Carruthers facilitated a thought-provoking session about the impact of VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) on us and our clients, with an emphasis on how we can continue to support our clients through that impact.
This session was billed as our chance to look into the future and Viv did indeed lead us through a fascinating discussion on what blended learning has in store for us all – whether providing services in L&D, or commissioning them internally or externally.
